Menus
What we cook.
Two menus, one kitchen. The event menu is what we trade off the shack at festivals and markets. The catering menu is what we write for weddings, corporate days and remote sites — same hands, more range.
Trade menu
The event menu
What goes on the boards when we’re trading to the public. Built to come off the line fast enough that nobody waits twenty minutes for a wrap, and good enough that they come back before they leave.
Private catering
Built around your day.
Wedding breakfasts, work days, launches and parties — fed properly, cooked on site, by the same crew you’d meet at a festival.
A brunch wedding for sixty in a paddock and a launch morning for two hundred in a foyer want very different things from a caterer. So we start from your day — the moments it actually has, the numbers at each one, the site, and what your people eat.
Same kitchen, same crew and the same standard as the shack: wholesome, cooked on site, and heavy on the green stuff. Vegan and vegetarian are on there in their own right, not adapted from something else at the last minute.
Breakfasts, lunches, shared tables, canapés, and the late feed. Tell us which of those your day needs and we’ll come back with a menu and a number — usually the same week.
A tight menu served brilliantly beats a long one served slowly, every time.
Dietaries
Dietaries
Vegan and vegetarian dishes are on the menu in their own right, not adapted from something else at the last minute. On any private menu we write, at least a third of what goes out is vegan as it comes.
Allergies: tell us in your enquiry rather than on the day. We’ll talk you through exactly how we handle it on the line, what we can guarantee in a stall environment and what we can’t. We would rather say “not safely” once than say “probably fine” and be wrong.
Gluten free: our wraps and sourdough are not. We run gluten-free bowls, boards and canapés instead, and can bring GF wraps for a named count if you tell us the number in advance.

Send the dates, the expected numbers and the site. We’ll shortlist a menu with you and put a price on it.
