The Avo Shack

Menus

What we cook.

Two menus, one kitchen. The event menu is what we trade off the shack at festivals and markets. The catering menu is what we write for weddings, corporate days and remote sites — same hands, more range.

Trade menu

The event menu

What goes on the boards when we’re trading to the public. Built to come off the line fast enough that nobody waits twenty minutes for a wrap, and good enough that they come back before they leave.

Private catering

Private catering menus

A longer menu than we can run off a trade counter, written around whichever moments your day actually has. Pick a format below, then we’ll shortlist dishes with you — a tight menu served brilliantly beats a long one served slowly, every time.

Dietaries

Dietaries

Vegan and vegetarian dishes are on the menu in their own right, not adapted from something else at the last minute. On any private menu we write, at least a third of what goes out is vegan as it comes.

Allergies: tell us in your enquiry rather than on the day. We’ll talk you through exactly how we handle it on the line, what we can guarantee in a stall environment and what we can’t. We would rather say “not safely” once than say “probably fine” and be wrong.

Gluten free: our wraps and sourdough are not. We run gluten-free bowls, boards and canapés instead, and can bring GF wraps for a named count if you tell us the number in advance.

Live

Current menu and packages

Menus shift with the season and the site, so this is what’s actually live right now — pulled straight from our kitchen system rather than typed onto a page and forgotten.
