Fill in what you know — rough dates and guest numbers are enough to start. Staff, travel, equipment and packaging are all in the number, so there is no page of extras underneath it.
Running a festival, market or music event and want us on site instead? Invite us to trade — different questions, different answers.
What happens next
Three steps, no chasing.
- You get a number straight away. Enough to know whether we are in your range before anyone picks up a phone.
- We write the menu with you. Built around the moments your day actually has, the numbers at each one, and what your people eat.
- We firm it up once we have seen the site. Access, power, water and where we can park change the job, so we look before we promise.
Dates
Check our availability
See where you stand before you write anything. Festival season books out a long way ahead — if your date shows as taken, ask anyway. We run several setups and can sometimes cover both.
Questions
Common questions.
The ones we get asked most. Anything else, just ask — we would rather answer it now than on the day.
What does private catering cost?
It comes down to numbers, site and how long we’re there. You get one number with everything in it — staff, travel, equipment and packaging — rather than a low headline with a page of extras underneath.
Can you handle vegan, vegetarian and allergies?
Vegan and vegetarian, absolutely — they’re on the menu in their own right rather than adapted on the day. Allergies we take seriously enough to be honest about: tell us in advance and we’ll explain exactly what we can guarantee in a stall environment and what we can’t.
Can you do a late-night feed after a reception?
It’s one of our favourite jobs. The shack rolls out around 11pm, wraps and fries come off the line hot, and it’s consistently the thing guests message about the next day.
Do you do drinks or a bar?
Non-alcoholic only — cold-pressed juices, iced teas and slushies, plus a barista coffee cart as an add-on. We don’t hold a liquor licence, but we work alongside whoever does all the time.
Rather just talk it through?
Send us the date, the numbers and roughly where. We answer our own email.
